Again with PED **** everything is conjecture or a pissing contest. The reality is certain PEDs have been proven to give you permanent improvements so you don't really need to use them 2 weeks before a fight &/or only a dumb mfer or a crafty mfer (who knows how to avoid being caught) is gonna use something in the led up to the fight anyway.

Until there is 24/7/365 testing happening in boxing PED testing is virtually meaningless. And by the time someone in boxing starts 24/7/365 testing (assuming they ever do) the PED science & usage technology may have advanced enough where that is about as helpful as the current testing protocols are with stopping PED usage.

Two boxers doing 24/7/365 testing is meaningless. A major state commission is going to need to implement something like this for everyone who's licensed in their state (probably not reasonable). A major promoter is gonna need to test all their fighters under contract (a more reasonable & probably easy to throw into a contract). An alphabet group is gonna need to test all their ranked fighters (seems doable with an additional small fee taken from all their title bouts). HBO could implement something for all contracted HBO guys (seems doable). Showtime could implement something for all contracted Showtime guys (seems doable if they got anyone under contract these days lol). Someone with some power & influence is gonna need to decide PED testing matters.

Personally I don't think most of these groups think it matters to most fans yet is why nothing like this is happening & most of these groups worse fear is that they find some PED users & f#ck up their own money in the process. Most of these groups that could make meaningful change for the good of the sport won't do that cuz it could make meaningful negative change for their bank account & most fans don't care about PEDs really based on all the PED users that just come right back into boxing from their suspension with little to zero negativity or problems getting fights.

Sauerland do year round random tests on all their fighters. Povetkin was with them for quite a while till he switched to Ryabinski.

Dont you find it strange that only Armstrong got caught? He turned that little Eruo sport into something big, but was hated by all those Euros every year. Ill never believe that only Armstrong was dirty. Still if someone is on peds they have to work harder when on it. If both competitors are on it, its still who is gonna out work the other to win.

I have no idea why ryabinsky would even bring up peds . Povetkin is the one with his name attached to former use. Seems ****** to even bring up. But than again I'm not the one who is a billionaire
