Especially not by someone who is a FOOT smaller. Toney won't fight Wlad unless he get alot of money, there is no way in a million years he can win.

If Toney was to fight Wlad it would look a lot like George Foreman vs Joe Frazier. Toney would get knocked out for the first time in his career. Toney is only 5'9" in height and lacks the footwork to get inside of Wlad. Wlad will just simply use his reach and height advantage to stay on the outside and throw bombs. Totally different fighters.
Foreman was a slugger and Smokin Joe was a swarmer.
Smokin Joe came at george and that was his downfall
You dont chase a puncher.
Plus the size difference was much smaller than Wlad/Byrd.

I think the fight will be very similar to Wlad/Byrd Fight
Where wlad will play a role of aggressor and Toney would be on defensive. Toney would try to shoulder roll wlad to death and gain points on counters. But I just dont believe that Toney will be able to do that. Way too small.

Anyone think James Toney stands a chance against Wlad Klitschko if they were to ever fight? I think Wlad would beat Toney worse than he beat Byrd.
