He could've fought Bradley, Rios, or Chaves last year

Feel bad for what? He's a big boy he knows what he's doing.

Can't even blame Hearn because that's like blaming your dad when you're already an adult who can think for yourself and have all the power to get rid of the influence.

Maybe he likes the idea of being protected. Maybe he's too scared to take risk. Maybe he wants to retire ASAP and Khan is his only ticket for a comfortable retirement.

The only thing I feel sorry for is that he has had some bad luck with injuries, other than that he could have been in more competitive fights if his team really wanted to. They were banking hard on the Khan fight, where as his team should have been putting in the building blocks to improve him as a fighter and progressively better competition. The goal should be making him the best fighter he can possibly be whilst making sound business decisions, at the moment they are doing neither and he is also to blame as he is apart of that process.

He could end up going like Junior Witter and getting knocked off by a young buck if he is not careful and not accumulated any real dough. I don't think that will happen because he is still relatively young, but he needs to get going. He needs a Bradley, Thurman, or Garcia fight...bad! Not easy fights to make but that is what he needs.

Does seem like he is being left out of the Mix in the Welterweight Division which is SAD. He better do like James DeGale and Lee Selby did and add Haymon as his Adviser while keeping Eddie Hearn as his promoter

Well, it's also not his fault IBF keep forcing rubbish mandatories on him, that's not helping.

I can't fault him too much, he wanted a huge fight with Khan which Khan didn't take because he knows losing to Brook is a very damaging defeat to his career. Where has has nothing to really lose against Canelo.

He's had some bad mandatories forced on him and the Gavin fight wasn't good but he wanted Khan in the ring then. Not mentioning he had a career threatening injury.

He does really need to step it up after this next fight though. He's already considered one of the better fighters in the division so if the IBF keep forcing him to fight rubbish fights, if i was him i would just drop the belt. He will get good fights with or without the belt because he's a generates money in the UK.

So yeah, i just think it's time to step it back up now. I don't doubt his talent and he's also had some bad luck but no excuses after this next fight.

It does seem like that could be good for him. Haymon could make him a star overseas. Hearn is just banking on the Khan fight, and Brook is paying for it.

I know people will say but it's Kell's fault for getting stabbed and then injured so he couldn't fight in late 2014 and late 2015. The Frankie Gavin fight should never have happened, it should have been a real challenge that would have gave him more notoriety.

I'd now say Joshua, Haye, Khan, Quigg, Frampton, Degale, Selby, Groves, and probably even Dillian Whyte now. Even bums like Tony Bellew have more name value than Kell Brook in 2016 who is a world champion.

So yeah some of it is his fault, and some of it isn't. Anyway it's a shame because he should have been the #1 in the division right now, making millions in America but instead he is a joke once again before the Porter fight. I like Kell Brook too but the joke opposition is annoying now.
Kell Brook took a machete to his leg, at arguably the worse possible time for his starpower. Once the leg healed, he had a massive homecoming fight against JoJo Dan, headline a PPV from the O2, and watched injury take away a solid Fall fight.

He's going to have a massive crowd for his fight against Bizier, and he's heading into the summer(bar a win) with his name buzzing and momentum under him; Eddie simple needs to deliver a big fight for him for this summer. Thurman-Porter being delayed moves that off, but Hearn still has Garcia, Bradley(assuming he beats Pacquiao; doubt that he bothers with Vargas if left to him), Chaves, and the Berto-Ortiz winner to make a fight with.

                  Brook is fine, imo.

**** no. Yeah, Khan ducked him, but he's still had opportunities to fight someone worth a damn.

Chaves and the Berto-Ortiz winner are not huge fights at all. Chaves was a decent name for the end of last year but that's gone now, he has to fight a huge next. Garcia and if Bradley can win would be considered huge.
