I need to watch more Martin fights, only seen his last one. He was knocked a bit, people saying it was a "fluke", etc., but I think there was more to it than that. I actually logged into this thread to stick up for Charles Martin, but then I'd forgotten he was American and this was NSB, which of course means I don't have to.
I looked at his boxrec record. Thought it looked fudged. Lots of poor winless fighters. So watched a load of videos on YouTube.

He is a step down for Joshua.

I'll have to watch some more... I have a personal rule that I only call a fight when I've seen (at least) three fights of both fighter.

Imagine if the whole of NSB did this...

I like the way it seems SO MANY of the US posters are backing Martin in this.

I actually think he has a shot, but it's just funny that it's such a ridiculously high %. Sure, you can say the same about Joshua and the UK fans, but AJ IS the favourite in this.

        (favorite, Fat Yanks).

I've seen clips of Martin and not been impressed at all really. Looks too slow and too open.

I think Joshua will take him out inside 3 rounds quite comfortably.

What's up everyone I'm new. Figured this was as good as any place for my first post. I got Martin in this fight. I think he might be one of these algieri types that is good but we haven't seen much of him yet. He was beating glaskov clean before that weird ending and glaskov was ranked in the top ten by every ranking organization

Martin was giving glazkov a boxing lesson, it was turning into a schooling and the end was nigh

i think glazkov faked injury to avoid being ktfo by prince charles

Unfortunately for Joshua, he doesn’t have the speed, power, explosiveness or the flexibility to be a great slugger. When you look at sluggers, you think of Deontay. He’s got the whole package – speed, explosiveness, power, flexibility and raw talent.

Joshua is still unbeaten since turning pro in his 15 fights, he was able to knockout 14 of his opponents inside first three rounds. His last fight against Dillian Whyte was the longest that took eight rounds to KO.
