I agree. Martin fights with his hands low and his head movement isnt good enough.

    This won't last 2 rounds.

I'm interested to see how Martin does in this fight. I've only really seen his last one against Glazgov but couldn't gauge much from that.

Showtime picks up Martin vs Joshua card for U.S. market

Showtime has added international coverage to their healthy spring lineup, as the network will air the IBF world heavyweight title fight between Charles Martin and Anthony Joshua from London's O2 Arena on April 9.

Martin (23-0-1, 21 KO) won the title on Showtime airwaves on January 16, beating Vyacheslav "Czar" Glazkov for the vacant belt on the Wilder-Szpilka undercard. The 29-year-old southpaw slugger wanted a big fight as quickly as possible, and certainly found one in Joshua (15-0, 15 KO), the 2012 Olympic gold medalist who has quickly become one of professional boxing's biggest stars and drawing cards.

With Joshua holding home field advantage, he'll be the favored fighter, but in a heavyweight fight with two guys that have KO percentages like this, anything can happen. Only one fighter has pushed Joshua past the third round thus far in his pro career, and Martin has only gone past four rounds three times.

Showtime will also air the co-feature fight, between IBF featherweight titleholder Lee Selby (22-1, 8 KO) and mandatory challenger Eric Hunter (21-3, 11 KO).

The fights will also air in the United Kingdom on Sky Box Office.

100% of the votes are for KO, don't think I've seen that for any other fights

Maybe Haye-Klitschko? And we know how that turned out...

I need to watch more Martin fights, only seen his last one. He was knocked a bit, people saying it was a "fluke", etc., but I think there was more to it than that. I actually logged into this thread to stick up for Charles Martin, but then I'd forgotten he was American and this was NSB, which of course means I don't have to.

This fight should give us answers about both fighters.
