When fighters kill or permanently injure someone in the ring, usually it takes something away from them. People say Nigel Benn was never quite the same after what happened to McClellan or Eubank wasn't the same after what happened to Watson.
Kovalev actually killed a guy yet he seems to still have very bad intentions inside the ring and enjoys hurting people.

No I meant he sounds remorseful about killing that Russian. He said his next Russia fight will have all the proceeds go to the family
