Mis Respetos Sr. DL for taking on GGG with no if, buts or BS Excuses
should canelo punk out on fighting GGG in SEPT. Lemieux should call canelo out and fight him at a 157-158 DL would probably whoop him. I don't see canelo handling DL pressure and power! No more BS catchweight for the sake of BOXING!!!!

You know what they should do? Have like, a tournament or something where all the best fighters and title holders at middleweight fight each other at middleweight. I know it sounds craaaaaazzzzzzyyyyy but it just might work!

The charismatic boxer from Montreal took a big risk in his first title defense and came up massively short against the best middleweight in the world.

...just like the article says, ''GGG is the best middle weight in the world''....that includes Canelo Alvarez.....the only ones who disagree with this are the GGG haters.....the rest of us know....and soon so will the rest of the world...

You weren't around then? He got 10x more abuse for CWs that are 10x more excusable. Remember he'd won 6 divisional belts over 9 weight classes, including 4 lineal, before. Canelo won zero. And that's only one of several things that makes Canelo CW so much worse, the worst ever really

Probably, but I still appreciate Lemieux for saying these things and for fighting Golovkin when he did. He's a real competitor, not like the rest of these middleweight frauds.

Pacquiao's nuthuggers are insufferable. But it is true that Canelo has won both of his title belts at catchweights. 150 lbs. vs. Matthew Hatton (and Canelo blew the catchweight) and 155 lbs. vs. Miguel Cotto.

This guy thinks he is in the running for a Canelo fight ?

I have never heard anyone mention that fight, not once.

The lil red kid beats this guy at any weight.

Canelo needs to drop the title or defend it at 160 vs midleweights ...if no title then he can fight at wathever weight he wants...
