Conner hasn't done **** in his sport compared to those before him. He's supposed to be getting almost $10m and hasn't done a f'king thing, then he actively talks **** about another athlete who has never talked about him or about being in his sport. Can you explain that?Lol....
It's the other way around, Mayweather doesn't have an entertaining style, which is what ultimately generates revenue.
Most of the money he generated can be attributed to people wanting to see him lose, him being outspoken and brash.
A non black would have made significantly less.Comment

It's pretty well known that the actual relationship with Kim and Eminem also contained numerous physical fights, as HE highlighted in the 'Love The Way You Lie' video.
But keep defending it, though. Your ability see AND continuously defend certain folks (Eminem) as a 'complex' and 3 dimension human beings, while not with others ('black gangster rappers') only proves the point.Comment

If he was white he wouldn't need to play the card he played to make the sort of money he made in boxing, he wouldn't have to act brash to get PPV sales, he could just be or pretend to be the American boy like Ricky Hatton is to the UK.Comment

African-Americans don't feel obligated to support Mayweather or anyone else.I'm fairly convinced Mayweather wouldn't have as many fans as he does if he was white. Black Americans feel obligated to defend him because they mistakenly believe any white person who criticise him do so because of his race, just as Black Americans will attack *****'s policies behind doors, but will call a white person racist for the slightest criticism. It's done almost unconsciously in some cases e.g. defending Mayweather as TBE, but not really knowing why.
Mayweather's popularity is the result of great skills and a one-of-a-kind marketing plan. The support of one ethnic group that makes up 11 percent of the population of this county is not the primary reason for Mayweather's popularity. ***** would have become president with or without the support of African-Americans and Mayweather still would have averaged a $50 million purse in his last 10 fights without the support of African-Americans.Comment
