I'm fairly convinced Mayweather wouldn't have as many fans as he does if he was white. Black Americans feel obligated to defend him because they mistakenly believe any white person who criticise him do so because of his race, just as Black Americans will attack *****'s policies behind doors, but will call a white person racist for the slightest criticism.
