That Japanese dude got FK'd up!!! Man ibfelt sorry for him! After the fight he looked like he jumped out of a 50 story building and landed FACE first!!! Damn he was hard too look at. But I saw the fight you must be the other guy... Go YouTube that fight and look at his face after the fight!!!I recall Rigo being dropped by some Japanese nobody rather recently, and Nonito knocked him down and hurt him as well.
I'm not claiming that Frampton would be the favourite or anything like that and I'm not claiming that Frampton is on the same level as Donaire, but he does have excellent timing and power.Comment

The bar was lowered by the fighters themselves. With the idea that they can pick and choose any opponent when and where they want to fight and pathetic excuses like letting a fight marinate, money not being right or the fighter being boring. Which is why i dont blame people for switching over to ufc.Comment

that's not the fighters, that's the networks and the promoters. when the networks emphasize "excitement" over winning, what else do you expect. The bar was lowered by the fighters themselves. WHen Gabe Rosado and Hank Lundy can get on TV as much as Postol and Walters something is wrong. When Rigo can't get on TV but Provodnikov fights 3 times a year on TV, something is wrong.Comment

Yup and Loma is a BIG freaking Featherweight! Heck in the Olympics he fought one time as a Lightweight???You are a moron, santa+ ran to 126 and left dela hoya because he was and is scared of the Cuban, lomachenko is 126 and Rigondeaux is 122 and 36 years old, a fair fight should have been a 124, but Rigondeaux agreed to 126 with a rehydration clause, lomanchenko didnt want that, go b1tch somewhere else you hater...Comment

When was the last time Rigo even fought twice in one year? Provos past couple fights werent even televised in the U.S. How has lundy been on as much as walters? Walters hasnt even been active. It has nothing to do with his fights not being televised. Your not exactly bringing up valid points except the bold part. Promoters and networks are somewhat to blame. But if a fighter really wanted a certain fight he'd make some kind of attempt or at least be really vocal about it.that's not the fighters, that's the networks and the promoters. when the networks emphasize "excitement" over winning, what else do you expect.

Absolutely pathetic. Screw this dude.
First, he stinks it up badly in a HUGE profile fight (admitting he knew it was going to be boring all along) and then he blatantly ducks Rigo. I will not watch another fight of his unless it's Rigo. I have no interest in this farce.
Fighters get away with all this "business decision" talk because their fanbases indulge them. It was never as bad as it is now. We let it get to this stage. I mean, some of the guys seem to have no competitive spirit at all.Comment
