I talked to Wilder and one of the Watson twins during Super Bowl Week in SF. Cool guy, came over and took a picture. I asked him off hand if he was going to get it with Tyson Fury and he said he wants that fight bad once he is done with his commitments to Klitshko. I am sure he makes this fight happen as well. Right now he is Haymon's money maker and potential for big fights in the Heavyweight division. i doubt he is dropping that belt any time soon.

Wilder vs Povetkin is the best fight in the division bar the Wlad vs Fury fight (in terms of quality).

If its in Russia then itll be on at a time I can watch too
I've been hoping for Russia for that very reason. 10pm Moscow is 7pm U.K time and 2pm ET. It makes no sense this being prime time in America which is like 3am in the U.K and 6am in Russia.

There was a lot of talk on forums and websites etc that Wilder could possibly vacate the belt instead of taking this fight. The reasons being a. he is an Al Haymon fighter and he has previous b.Wilder has a reputation for cherry picking bums and will have to face a serious opponent c.He has to go to Russia and people fear getting robbed

I felt it was worthy of a post as it quash's these rumours

Trolls sit behind their computer, in their mom's basement, hating life because they can't get laid and they can't get paid and run their mouths every day because they never have to face any consequences (other than continuing to be miserable).

Day after day, month after month, they whine & moan that Wilder will never face Povetkin. Then they whine & moan that he'll only face him in the US.

Without a shred of evidence to support their position. Then, when they are ultimately shown to be 100% incorrect, they just move on to their next troll.

Wilder shouldn't be holding his breath for any apologies.

This was the actual message, in Deontay's own words:

"Ya'll can say whatever. Ima just be like ... To thine own self be true, and it must follow, as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man"
Rubbish I do however remember a drunk illiterate slob coming into the ring after Wilder beat Szpilka and all Wilder did was own him with words.
I appreciate true athletes to the sport Fury is just a drunk bum who is going to get exposed soon.

Dude, when Wilder puts Furys lights out, you're gonna be on suicide watch! 1776 was a long time ago, get the **** over it already. Who won that war anyway?

Haha Wilder gets outboxed & beaten up by bums like Molina & Szpilka. As if he could anywhere near the Furious One.
