I have read so many things about Khan being the taller guy. Turns out that is not the case. These face-off photos are very telling. They are essentially the same height, but Canelo is significantly bulkier. I'd say he has a good 25+ pounds on Khan right there.

Considering that you're on Boxing Scene, probably not. Even still, Alvarez doesn't look remotely afraid. He's been in the ring with much bigger threats than Khan.
