I know why we can't see Crawford vs. Broner, but I don't understand why we can't see Crawford vs. Postol. I think Crawford vs. Provodnikov is a horrible idea. Too high risk and low reward. Who is Troyanovsky? Who promotes him? At least that's a unification bout, why not him?

I wish Provodnikov could get a Bradley or Algieri rematch. He is a really charismatic fighter who is most likely going to burn out soon because he eats punches with all of his daily meals.

That Matthysse fight was brutal (for both of them).

Crawford probably should plan on 12 rounds if they fight, but I'd rather see a different fight. Crawford wins this. Not saying it's an easy fight or a fight that won't have it's moments- but I'd like to see Crawford against some relatively slicker/high IQ fighters. There isn't much of a puzzle for him to solve with Ruslan, he just has to deal with 1 dimensional come-forward physicality.

Matthysse would actually be a much more interesting fight for Crawford.

Ruslan is tailor made for anyone with legs. The guy is a punching bag.

I'm more curious to find out how well Prov can take Crawford's punches. Wonder if Crawford can knock him out.

You say this while having "BOMB SQUAD!!!" below your message. I'm not a big fan of the idea of Provodnikov being Crawford's next opponent either but he is definitely more of a known quantity than the likes of Molina, Duahaupas (French guy) and Szplika. Crawford's more recent opponents include Jean, Dulorme, Gamboa, Burns, etc.
Based on that logic, would you consider Wilder a hype job?

Absolutely not. You also fail to mention that he beat stiverne a top 5 at least. And hes about to fight Povetkin who some.rate number 3.

Bob Arum told me he's trying to make an HBO doubleheader with budcrawford402 vs. RuslanProvod and Viktor Postol vs. Adrian Granados.

Bob Arum would then move to do another HBO doubleheader at MSG with @vasyllomachenko vs. AxeManWalters with Felix Verdejo on June 11

Didn't Arum said several weeks ago that no one wants to fight Crawford, except Lundy? That the ones he mentioned (Postol, Provod, Herrera) had issues with money? Turned out that they were not even contacted.
