mayweather is a great fighter but thats it.. margarito has a hell of a chance he fights at 154 more comforatably for him then floyd at 147..i see nothing special in floyd at all his hands are not even that fast, his skill is very good ,and his defense is great,
Its crazy that theyre saying he is the best since ali.. get the **** out of here, tyson hands from 86-89 were faster then floyds by far, jones was never touched in his prime and i dont even like roy. i even think paqiou is better p4p raw hes fought in a higher division then his natural weight vs the best barrera morales marqez and i think he won them all.

I said this about 3 weeks ago that mayfairy was going to find a reason not to take this fight , oh my hand hurt or 6 million or 8 million dollars isn,t enough money ... all you people who back this guy should wonder why he,s such a little ***** ... he,s just like roy jones jr. and believe me i,m not calling roy a ***** it,s like this, roy fought quality opponents just like mayfairy he had tremendous speed just like floyd and he never wanted to take that risky ass fight like tarver or a relentless fighter who,s going to be in your grill for 10 or 12 rounds... and this is why mayfairy doesn,t want to take that risk in his career and believe this i don,t care if arum who is his promoter offers him 10 million dollars he will never step in the ring with margarito because he will get destroyed because he really doesn,t belong at that weigh...there,s always someone out there that has your number and mayfairy is margarito...

Damn! I was about to aggree with your post then you brought up the Mexican warrirors then brought then down For the record Pacquiao only beat Barrera in prime of his second carreer -fighting style-. Marquez drew with Pacquiao. Morales is 1-1 and the second fight wasn't even the same Morales that Pacquiao had fought.

I haven't read writers calling Floyd the best since Ali. In all honesty Mayweather is not in the same league, -he may one day. But Floyd is being a bit over-rated. Maybe its good for boxing maybe not, not sure. But Floyd is a gifted fighter, just doesn't like to take on welterweight challengs.

I say he either is or he isn't. I'm talking skills wise here, Mayweather has shown us all skills wise what he can do. Its not a matter of competition. Skills wise would you say he is on the level of Ali?

Even so, Mayweather fought Judah at 147... thats a respectable fight, and not as awful as everyone made it out to be. If he would have fought Baldi people would have been up in arms.

Now it looks like Floyd will fight Margarito, and once he outclasses him maybe Hatton will step up to the plate. Mayweather is loved by many because of his skills, and I think some people (I'm not saying this is you) like to hate just to hate.

Floyd isnt even mainstream, and he lacks personality

............look from what you are saying about comparing Mayweather to Ali in skill wise...........well........when Im not judging against Mayweather and just seeing him fight......then I would have to aggree with what you are saying, cause in all honesty........if thats what you are looking to hear then, in all honesty Mayweather does have superior skills. He was born to fight theirs no doubt.....now......I say what I say about Floyd cause im judging him as a fighter and as a fan of boxing.......and im not biased to Mayweather........but though I don't say in every post or sentence that Mayweather has great skills or is a great fighter it doesn't mean I dont' respect Floyds skills....I just belive that 1. Yeah the boxing public loves this guy.

His skills are great, but his style can be boring sometimes.

I wish he would stand a trade more often... but i dont really see that happening.

I think FLoyd has to fight Margarito now. He has said many times before that "if thats what the public wants, I'll do it, I'm just saying who has he beat?"

Granted, it is lame that he says that **** about Margarito (because who cares who he's fought? he earned the shot to be the man at 147. Christ, he has a belt.), but he does always say that if thats what the public wants he'd do it. If he doesn't fight Margarito next it will be really hard to defend him.
