I wonder what Arum was asking HBO for Lomo/Walters?

I think the problem with that card other then Bob's asking price is that he wants to have postol on the undercard. And HBO cant or won't pay for it

Damn! Lundy only getting $150k to co-headline a main event at Madison Square Garden. He's moving up in weight and he was the 4th choice after Pacquiao, Postol, and Herrera. He should've been able to command more money. Who else was Crawford gonna fight?

HBO has every reason to be interested in showing Postol as he looked great vs Matthysse and he needs to be built up for a big fight with Crawford.

I think there's more to it than what Arum is telling people and HBO rarely responds to that stuff in public. It makes zero sense for HBO to not want that card unless Bob's asking for outrageous money or he's trying to package something bad with it. I think if he takes it to Showtime (looking doubtful since Showtime looks committed to showing Chavez/Jack on April 30th), he'll be burning a bridge. HBO was putting in the investment to show Walters/Lomochenko by showing them in crap fights.
