Genetically speaking they have the blood for it, they were fierce warriors throughout ancient history and fighting/war was a part of daily life for the Mesopotamians, Persians, Turks, Arabs etc. It's the ******ed religion of izlam that ruined the middle east. Obviously martial arts/combat sports is out of the question, there are too many preteen girls that need to be married off so there's no time for that.
