They should have had shannon briggs instead of lewis as shannon is a much more likeable guy, who speaks well like lewis but lewis is boring when he talks. Shannon with max would be a great team and the other guy could be the voice of reason.

Interesting...this should be interesting. Lewis was pretty good in the Judah-PBF fight, though was more so good and that's it. He didn't stand out with anything yet. Kellerman is OK though he can be annoying with his over excited about nothing **** and yes he can talk a lot of **** and not stop until someone breaks him up. This Fran guy I'm completely in the dark about and have no idea how he'll match up with the 2 though it's something new so that's a plus.

Terrible news. Give me Lampley, Merchant and Jones. That is the best commentating crew for a fight. Or sub in Steward for Jones.

Kellerman is annoying and cheesy. Fran is ok. Lennox is ok, too. But I think we'll see a rather poor quality commentating job with this team. Not up to the level of the premiere boxing broadcaster in the world, that's for sure. Kellerman is like your goofy local sports guy on the 6 oclock news, not suited for this level, IMHO. Too much cheesiness.

Something tells me he's gonna come out of retirement. I think he retired cause it was the right time to, but not cause he wanted to, which means, pride is gonna get the better of him eventually

****, if this bull**** is true i'll actually have to completely mute the tv during hbo boxing. kellerman knows **** about boxing, lewis is biased most of the time, i can't speak much for the other guy.

I agree, when Kellerman nuthugs a fighter, he NUTHUGS a fighter. From the way he talked, you'd think Zab Judah and Roy Jones could beat Sugar Ray Robinson and Ali with one hand tied behind their backs and a severe case of stomach flu.

Which should make him right at home on HBO, where any fighter who isnt regualrly contracted by HBO is completely crap and not worth mentioning.
