This conversation should have been done a long time ago. The only reason it hasn't is because GGG is involved and you don't like him, despite the fact that I have said the EXACT same thing about CWs and titles about other fighters.

Calling that a duck, is childish, and fanboy'ish..... just saying

A whole lot of people wanted a Mayweather fight, and Floyd fought very few of them.

There is a reason why you came to that conclusion, Mr unbiased boxing fan

It's not about him simply not fighting GGG. It's that he didn't fight him and chose to fight other guys instead that he shouldn't really have fought. I would be fine if he never fought GGG, assuming he fought someone like Thurman, Khan or Brook. Instead, he fought Berto, Guerrero and Maidana (1st was fine but their 2nd rematch was unnecessary).

Fk's sake kid..... look through Golovkin's resume

The clown said he could beat " anyone from 154-168 ", and yet he did absolutely NOTHING.

Mayweather did not avoid Lara and state that Monroe was a bigger draw LMAO

You are a Golovkin fan, who is bashing Mayweather's resume..... FFS

so when Lara calls out Golovkin and GGG says nothing, he's ducking Lara, but when Lara calls out Floyd and Floyd says nothing, you don't use the same logic?

Probably cos Floyd said jmm called him out that's why Floyd fought jmm. GGG doesn't fight everyone who calls him out. If khan called GGG out GGG would probably ignore him as he wants someone who csan take him past oneround

You do realize what you are criticizing GGG for is what you are defending Floyd for, right?

Floyd (GGG) said he would beat GGG (anyone from 154-168) but chose not to go through with it, fighting someone like Berto (Monroe) instead.

I've been on record saying that I've been disappointed with some (not all) of GGG's opposition because of his statement (I would like him to fight Lara/ Ward, etc). For some reason, you are willing to defend Floyd for making a very similar statement (that he would beat GGG but not go through with it)

When Cotto called floyd out back then, what was Floyd's excuse?

When Marg, called him out back then, what was his excuse?

When boxing fans calling him out to fight Pac back then, what was his excuse?

                  But

When Marquez who was 2 divisions below him called him out, he unretired demanded a catchweight fight and then cheat him 2 lbs more, paid his way into a fight LOL.

                  spin that genius floyd fans

I doubt Floyd would have beaten Golovkin, too big. Anyways if Floyd even thought he could have beaten him he would have fought him. Like everyone else that he wasn't a sure win over... The fight never happened!

                      You can't compare them.

Floyd Mayweather was the best fighter on the planet, the biggest draw BY FAR, and he was the best payday any boxer could possibly hope for.

He was also never desperate for a name opponent, like Golovkin is.

Fair point, but not the same situation at all.

Mayweather/Lara woulda been great, I wanted to see it.

Lara was likely the most difficult opponent for Mayweather at 147/154.
