bryd should of done more back then bench press he benches around 350, and if he wants to punch harded he should be doing lats unless hes thrownin body shots then benchpress is good

Chris Byrd has balls of steel fighting guys that much bigger!! everyone gives roy jones and toney all this credit for coming up from middle to heavyweight. byrd won a silver medal as a middleweight. and he has been a champ for 4 years. he is prob gonna get his ass handed to him tomorrow, but I'll be rooting for him.

i agree with you 100% i think bryd will win hes never looked that good at 213 hes in great shape.. i dont think klit can catch him with the left hoook his best punch
