James Toney is a tremendous fighter, but he does have weight issues. However he has gotten down to about 220-225 for the Booker fight. He is also a talker but he brings personality and excitement to the sport. Plus I met him and he was very personable and nice to me.

James Toney is the second most talented HW in the division.
