Why, GGG haters think he should jump right up to LHW and fight Ward.
Besides, Ward isn't unfamiliar with LHW. He was LHW in Olympics and fought at 178 in amateurs.
Ward said the injury wasn't that bad, but he pulled out just in case. I doubt he skipped out on a PPV just because.
These articles seem to bring out the really turdy ignorant posters.
Hypekin will break Hopkins record by fighting tuneup-level opponents, and yet a proven fighter is not allowed 2 tuneups after 18 months activity and jumping a division to fight an actual threat?
Actually, I see why you guys are saltyComment

Ha ha, so true. He is taking "getting acclimated to the weight" to a whole new level of scientific endeavour."
Meanwhile, back on earth, his stablemate with the same trainer is jumping two weight classes to take on Canelo. Sugar Ray came back from a 3 year layoff and went straight in with Hagler, but Andrea, who wants to be great let's not forget, needs to get the ring rust out and get acclimated at 175, a weight he has fought at many times. He's getting beaten badly if the fight ever happens, but I'm not holding my breath.
What an absolute turd of a poster.
Things are really going downhill on this site.Comment

Golovkin wouldn't fight Ward at 164, so that would be a total waste of time.
Ward can hear Golovkin's excuses quite nicely from 175, he won't need to drop back down to hear them any clearer.
Besides, soon as he drops down, GGG will suddenly be focused on 160, again.Comment
