Maligbaggi, Alexander and Broner have the bad habit of backing up in a straight line which plays right into Porter's attack.
I think Thurman's power will be a problem for Porter.

Thurman is without question the better boxer and the more skilled of the two. I see Thurman catching him coming in and hurting him.

And he has a better sense of distance. Porter has decent power but he smothers himself 90% of the time.

Porter didn't really look great against Broner he mainly won because Broner was so focused on spoiling that he didn't land any meaningful punches (until round 12).

Thurman is more offensive minded than Broner, so I am pretty sure he will not forget to get his shots in. Porter is so wild and sloppy it can work against a sound guy if he can force them back, but I don't think he can out muscle Thurman and it will be Porter falling back because he will be the one eating clean shots before they start greco-roman wrestling.

There is no promotion, good fight but sometimes I forget it's around the corner. Actually I hadn't thought about it for a while before this thread.

They can't explain it because they don't know wtf is really going on with PBC. Neither do I but I'll admit it.

It's a PBC fight, on the Friday ShoBox they called it "Showtime Championship Boxing on CBS presented by Premier Boxing Champions".

I know I saw that but I really didn't have a picture of it and didn't want to search it out, so I didn't want to bring up something I didn't feel like proving if called which I assume I will.

Julio Diaz was able to back Porter up and he was totally ineffective. That's definitely something Thurman needs to do.

Porter has fast feet, good head movement and does a good job of getting under punches so it won't be that easy keeping him off of you. But if you can back him up, time him on the way in or even get off first and tie up, it negate everything he wants to do.
