Hatton will do his head down charging like a bull thing....... and PBF will cut his face to shreds...... no need for a KO.

I dont think Ricky will last long if he try that here in the States, all that grappling was boring. And he is no Castillo. Castillo applied pressure, but he moved side to side, had good head and shoulder movements which made it hard to find a target. Ricky on the other hand is straight up horizontal. it s gon be easy picking if he do that, he cant win with that.
That's one in 40 fights, LMFAO!

        Seriously.

Ricky is going to treat all you doubters to a spectacle of clearing out the divisions. there are plenty of great fights, Margarito, gatti, cotto, corrales, castillo, judah...but the real danger is Floyd and hopefully he'll get that done by the end of the year.

Ricky said it best "I'm not avoiding Floyd and Floyds not avoiding me, we're making a fight"

They will meet, soon, and the fight could go either way, depending on who imposes their style. If they Fight Ricky's way Floyd is in for a painfull beatdown, if they fight Floyd's way Ricky is in for a humiliating lesson in boxing.

This is why we are all getting so excited by it. As a Ricky fan I'm worried for my boy, but at the same time I think he has the tools to do it, only time will tell.

I agree 100% these guys are businessmen and they will make this fight when it is ripe, they are not avoiding each other. My only contention is that I think PBF will win, but hey thats my opinion and fights would be boring if fans always agreed on who would win a fight.

i think some of you aren't giving ricky hatton enough credit. he reminds me alot of harry greb except i wouldn't call ricky a 'dirty' fighter, but he is rough. if you watch closely, he's able to feint with his reight hand, weave to his left and unload picture perfect triple left hook combinations and then jab's once he steps out of range to reset. he has very unorthodox angles which floyd hasn't seen in his career up until a month ago when he fought zab judah.

at 140 i think its a 50/50 fight, but at 147 hatton has an advantage. not by a large margin, but he does have an advantage.

Are you refering to the low blow and the punch to the back of the head?....... I think you might have a point there......

thats a good point, thinking about this fight it will go either way 100% and one will completely own the other and it we wont know which one until they get in there.

i liked that video clip.. this fight honestly.. i dont know what to expect.. ricky hits hard and has a crazy workrate.. i think hell pressure the **** outta mayweather.. if he does he better be prepared to get hit.. i think thats the only way to beat PBF. i noticed alot of hattons opponents dont have a good defense... PBF is hard to hit.. he blocks with his gloves and rolls them.. ricky is just going to outwork him and throw tons of combinations.. switch it up from the head to the body.. as for stamina, both have great stamina.. hard to pick..

as for pbf.. he just has to use that ring.. not trade.. use his great defense and speed..

i see this as castillo vs PBF but hatton is just stronger
