Now I see this Mayweather fight , Ricks is my favourite. Why? Mayweather has only had a handful of fights above lightweight, Ricks has had his whole career above lightweight, if it was on common opponents Ricks wins because he absolutely anihilated Pep while Pep gave Mayweather a good workout , if it was on styles Ricks wins because Castillo pressured Mayweather for the close call and Ricks is better pressuring than Castillo....

KT and Mayweather only do good with opponents who try to box them , Ricks not only hasthe style to beat them but has better ring smarts than KT and Mayweather put together......

Honestly , Ricks anihilates Mayweather in two or three rounds!!! Listen , Ricks will weigh between 154 and 158 on fight night while Mayweather has to realy build himself up to 140 or 147 , honestly Ricks rips this guy to shreds because he is too stocky and strong for him , it as simple as that , once Ricks starts ripping the midsection Mayweather will fold up like a woodlice and then boom, boom, boom he's down and smashed and theres no going back .......
Freddie Pendleton developed into a very good fighter, he gave Trinidad and a prime Phillips a run for their money and was robbed against Millett. But with all due to respect to Freddie Pendleton, the guy is not Floyd Mayweather. I love Ricky as much as the next guy, but in Mayweather we're talking about, maybe, the best fighter of all-time! We're not talking Freddie Pendleton. Mayweather will hit Hatton very often in the early rounds IMO, and Hatton won't rush in like that anyway it will be more intelligent pressure and looking for the right opening. Hatton won't be looking for a two-round demolition on the most skilled fighter of all-time! Your insulting Ricky's intelligence!

How can you say that Ricky has a better chin against someone who hasn't been KD'd? I seriously feel sorry for you if you consider that a true KD in the Judah fight.

Stamina, eh, I'm going to have to give the advantage to Floyd. He always comes to a fight in top notch physical condition. He also paces himself better than anyone.

Sorry a little thing called physics doesn't agree with you. Unless Hatton starts throwing wide ass loopy punches which Floyd would have a hayday with.
That post makes you sound ******, watch much boxing? People throw punches at any angle they can land, not just left / right jab and straight punches. Whatever is the most effective for the situation will be thrown.

Sorry, you cannot generate "crazy" angles (like he was implying) if you're a foot in front of someone, UNLESS you throw wide loopy punches (like I stated in the post), which Floyd would have fun with.

Hatton can use angles, punches that aren't textbook. Hatton and Billy Graham work on shots and invent moves of their own, in the gym. Watch Hatton fights carefully and you see him throw left uppercuts at an angle, left jabs at an angle, and the corkscrew uppercut etc. (He can throw four-punch combinations with his left hand as easy as getting out of bed). Amazing skill has Hatton.

I'll have to disagree with you. Floyd was Knocked down in the Judah fight, but his chin is solid. Ricky Hatton depends on having an iron chin however, and be assured he'll check Floyd's chin more thoroughly that Floyd will test his.

That's an intelligent argument Juicy, but I still don't believe the angles Hatton produces are that unorthodox as you're suggesting.

Yeah, Floyd was "technically" KD'd in the Judah fight and should've been ruled a KD. Though, it was because mostly Floyd just lost his balance. You really can't use that incident as evidence against his chin.

i just watched the kosta vs ricky fight. This was not boxing, it was more like wrestling. He is not as fast PBF. I could see those punches coming even when they were tied up. I dont think Ricky will last long if he try that here in the States, all that grappling was boring. And he is no Castillo. Castillo applied pressure, but he moved side to side, had good head and shoulder movements which made it hard to find a target. Ricky on the other hand is straight up horizontal. it s gon be easy picking if he do that, he cant win with that.
