They're gonna meet at 147 if they do fight, so I don't think this fight is that bad. Cotto is coming off a lost.

147 is the only reasonable weight this fight could take place at. if cotto can't make it then he should fight someone else. picking on smaller fighters is one of the most dishonourable tactics in boxing. it's frankly cowardly, and i don't use that word lightly
