the truth is that Cotto did impress, handling those hard shots from Canelo wich had like 20 pounds over him, also Cotto did outbox Canelo, still Cotto's punches didnt have any effect on Canelo because of size and weight difference, and we all know Cotto is a big puncher, people are taking away Cotto's performance because the judges gave the fight to Canelo, but the truth is other, I give props to Cotto for his skill and how he fought, not so much to Canelo.

I dont get why people are ragging on this fight. Cotto is coming off a loss and basically out the door. The fact hes fighting a live threat like provo is more than you can ask for from Cotto at this point.

He could easily be fighting another delvin rodriguez or worst as a farewell fight. As long as the weight is between 147-154 i have no problem with this fight and should be very entertaining.
