Will be interesting to see how he looks in his return fight. As far as Cotto goes no way that fight would happen at this point. Maybe if Margo takes the fight for free? Imagine prime Margo vs todays top wws, would make Garcia take both knees.

Margarito could maybe beat Cotto if he's in tremendous shape, but he absolutely doesn't deserve the fight or the pay day it brings due to his history.

Canelo would absolutely demolish Margarito. He deserves that fight even less.

They shouldn't give him a license IMHO. If he's going to get back on a semi-big card they should put him in with one of the younger guys. Or give him to Matthysse for a litmus test of both guys.

Cotto already got his pound of flesh, has no reason to fight this cheater again. He's broke, been away for too long, unranked, has only one good eye, and is fighting probably to keep the lights on. Nobody is taking this guy serious
