Common sense and my own eyes tell me that Andre Ward is clearly a superior fighter than a 51 year old Bernard Hopkins. Especially a drained down to 168 Hopkins.

Rules with respect to rankings tell me that Andre Ward shouldn't be ranked at 175 yet when his only fight at the weight was Paul Smith.

And besides Barrera is better than Murat, Shumenov and Cloud which "earned" Hopkins his #3 rating.
