he also should have been dq'd against lucas for that rabbit punch that sent him in between the ropes where he was defenseless. i don't think he has any power when he hits people in legal regions.

Good point. You can also make a good case for DQ in the Salka fight as well, for not getting the ko in the first round.

I had him losing to Herrera and drawing with Peterson so 1 loss.

Anyone voting for Matthysse is an idiot.

Other than that, they were all close fights but in the case of Theophane, Judah and Peterson, they were undoubtedly wins. An argument could possibly be made for a Holt win or a draw and the same goes for the Harrera fight. I scored them all for DG.

None of those fights/results were a robbery.

I had the Peterson fight a 6-6 draw.

I had the Herrera fight 8-4 in Herrera's favor the night of the fight and then 7-5 a couple weeks late after rewatching it. I couldn't find a way to give Danny that fight.

The Herrera bout was a disappointment. It brought back memories of Rios Vs Abril. Not that it was comparative in terms of how off kilter the judging was mind. More in the sense of bringing to the fore that sometimes what goes on inside the ring can be secondary to the plans that are being laid outside of it.

Both decent enough boxers performing at the top of their game with little fan fare trying to edge a decision when they've been brought in to merely act as stepping stones to bigger pay days for fighters with heftier backers and bigger fan bases.

Barring a knock-out there's not much to be done when next to no one wants to see you win.
