AJ is 3/4 Nigerian. West Africans are adapted to living in heat and humidity, so they usually have less fat over their muscle than cold adapted Europeans, even without dieting or working out.

Combine those genes with the high T gene, plus a good diet and lots of heavy excercise = a ripped and muscular physique, without PEDs.
I also have the same fingers as him, and I believe I have few testosterona since Im not very muscular. So **** your ****** theory.

I've seen some *****s here claim he's on PEDs too.
It has been suggested by some scientists that the ratio of two digits in particular, the 2nd (index finger) and 4th (ring finger), is affected by exposure to androgens e.g. testosterone while in the uterus and that this 2D:4D ratio can be considered a crude measure for prenatal androgen exposure
              I see.......

Eg, many chess grand masters have the same long index finger. It's also found a lot more frequently in career criminals than among the general population.

High T males are found in all races, but the genes are more common in some parts of the world than others. They have the same effect whatever the race of the person who carries them.

I found out about this when I got into strength training with weights and started looking at ways to naturally boost my own testosterone.

I have a longer ring finger myself and have always had a muscular physique, even when I wasn't in training. Not surprising, as my dad was a power lifter and my mum was a champion body builder. They met each other in the weights room of a gym.

Neither of them ever took PEDs!

How does he go through the Olympics without ever getting caught? It's bull****, he's clean. Dudes are just jealous that they're fat and lazy.
he was 30 pounds lighter in the olympics.

Hey, I train once or twice a week. I just can't sleep or eat properly because of work+studies (or because I spend the whole day on NSB)
