Loma is up against it in this one. Smaller man with no power. But he's very, very gifted. If he somehow beats Walters he's will have had to earn it. Walters is a big dude with a big punch.

i'm with you man, i think he's the goods. his footwork is insane.

everybody from that ukranian olympic class can f#cking fight. but the CW / soon to be HW usyk boxes like a welterweight and he's 6'3". head movement and footwork is unreal. really does box like a middleweight.

As for this fight, going with Walters. Just my preference. Loma is a great technician but he seems a little pampered. Spoiled, pampered types i will always root against.

nonito donaire is 100% going into the hall of fame. he won world titles from flyweight to featherweight and was on the pound for pound list for several years. he's the hardest punching bantamweight i've ever seen. won bwaa fighter of the year in '12. you might not have been watching boxing at the time, but donaire was an elite fighter from the time he upset darchinyan in '07.

and how in the f#cking world is the kid who fought orlando salido in his second fight pampered? he got his balls pampered by one of the most rugged vets in the sport, and a guy who can punch!

I would have maybe said Walters a year ago but he has been way too inactive as of late and he hasn't been KOing people at super featherweight. Rolling with Lomachenko by UD victory.

How can one get shafted on the cards against Loma?

Only way to beat him is to KO him.

                Great match-up.
I got Loma winning a decision.

Idk if i was on this forum at the time but i remember watching the Vic fight live. It was very impressive, but I also remember him following that up with inactivity, followed by fighting many undersized opponents. Good fighter, not HOF worthy imo.

As for Loma? IDK. No logic in this. Just Gut feeling. I was actually looking forward to him fighting Corrales. I like Invisibles footwork more. Would love to see the styles clash.

These type match ups make boxing great. I think Loma is one of the biggest talents in the sport and a win here will help solidify that. A loss for him still shows that he's about the legacy and being the best. Walters has plenty to gain and lose as well. This is going to be great!
