Bro, but GGG can fight going backwards he has a way better defense than all the fighters you've named... He doesn't need to run, he made Lemieux miss ALLL night.... Canelo just doesn't have the tools, he's done come the day he chooses to man up.

He will insist on 155 and GGG will need to make a decision. Canelo is the cash cow. Would wbc strip for not fighting at full weight?
If they have an agreement in writing that both fighters will take an interim fight then Canelo will fight his mandatory in Autumn, then Canelo refuses and the WBC refuse to strip - that would allow GGG to sue Canelo and the WBC.

I think the WBC may be wary of legal action.Rocchiagiani won a $31 million law suit in 1998 against the WBC after they messed him around. The WBC were essentially bankrupted by that case - they announced they would dissolve, so they settled instead. As of 2007, they're still paying him off, and finding it difficult to do so - they needed a years grace to pay him $1.2 million.

It's obviously an extreme example, and Rocchiagiani was messed around a lot more, potentially, than GGG. However, its a big threat to carry if the WBC refuses to uphold the contract. Being sued could easily bankrupt the WBC again, and force Canelo to vacate. If I were part of GGGs team, and we had the agreement with the WBC and Canelo in writing, I'd almost want the WBC to refuse to strip Canelo so we could sue them and get a multi-million settlement for the rest of our lives.

I think for the WBC, Rocchiagiani's suit was for such a vast sum (bankrupting the organisation) and still quite recent (as of 2007 they were still paying millions every year) that it will be a sore point for the organisation. Whilst Canelo is the cash cow, and gives them about $3 mil per fight, they're probably more wary of getting stung for tens of millions.

GGG has fought cab drivers coming off work. I haven't seen him with anoyone that could be considered P4P top #100. Easy to look good against morons who just come forward and say hit me.

Who has GGG fought that had good footwork? Who could slip punches and side step? You know dang well GGG has fought NOBODY! Peter Lemuix was KO'd by Ricky Martin Rubio!

Open scoring killed that fight! No gift there! Trout KNEW he was losing and did JACK SQUAT!!! EVERY fighter WISH they knew where they stood on the cards. He had no heart and didn't want to get knocked down and bloody again. So he took the easy way.

              Gift??? SMH!

AGAIN your SLoowwwww. It was OPEN scoring! Trout knew where he stood on the cards and instead of going all-in... He played it safe and stayed on the outside.

                      In your fantasy.

5th round TKO against Proksa, The Ring's 10th rated MW. TKO against The Ring's 9th created MW, Rosado. Won in the 3rd round against The Ring's 2nd rated MW, Geale - easily, until then, a top 100 p4p. 8th round TKO versus Lemieux, the belt holder, ranked as a top 15 MW across the board. Boxrec still has him as the 6th best MW.

Please, though, feel free to revise history to suit you, through you can hardly talk when Canelo, someone who is LHW on fight nights, is fighting a WW coming to 155 for the first time ever. At least Golovkin fights other MWs, not people 25 pounds lighter than him on fight nights. Lemiuex would beat Canelo, in my opinion.
