The number one pound for pound in the world, Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez, had to opt for the Puerto Rican McWiliams Arroyo denied because the Mexican Juan Francisco "Gallo" Estrada, according to ESPN told by manager Nicaraguan, Carlos Blandon.Comment

He has been out due to a hand injury. In fact his scheduled fight for December was moved to January, February and now it's up in the air. Supposedly they are trying to do a fight with Nietes for summer but it seems like the WBO has other plans so even that is in limbo. In a recent interview Estrada said that he is very inactive lately due to his injuries. How exactly is he ducking if he was unable to properly prepare for a fight of such magnitude? GTFO

Considering how inconsistent Roman's team is(which is on record), I can't wait to hear the other side.Comment

Can't believe ESPN let an article with only one side be printed. The article didn't even state they attempted to get a quote from the other side. It's basically a press release from Gonzalez's side. Usually an article will state the other side couldn't be reached for comment or the other side declined comment. This article doesn't say any of thatComment
