Is he not aware that Cotto is one of the most difficult men to negotiate with?? 150 catch weight, and 155 rehydration maybe, but does cotto need/want this fight that badly that he would give in to even this?
Marquez better of fighting Brook, he'd be the 2nd decent name on Brooks resumè. Then again Brook v Cotto @154 in June would definatley be one to watch. Either one id be happy with.

Pacquiao really hurt the sport with all of his diva catchweight demands. 145 vs. Cotto, 150 vs. Margarito, 144 vs. Marquez, 144 vs. Algieri. It's disgusting really. It really hurts his legacy at the higher weights IMO.
pure speculation. nobody has ever said anything about pac having a rehydration clause.

Trainer Freddie Roach surprisingly admits that he's not a fan of catch-weight f!ghts. The statement is surprising considering that two of Roach's biggest names—Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto—have demanded catch-weight stipulations from several of their opponents.
Cotto had in place modified weight limits with Antonio Margarito (maximum of 153 lbs. for their Dec. '11 rematch), Sergio Martinez (159 lbs., despite Martinez coming in as World middleweight champion) and Daniel Geale (157 lbs). He says a catch-weight stipulation will be in place for anyone who wants to face him for the middleweight title.
Pacquiao traveled this route for f!ghts with Cotto (145 lbs., despite Cotto coming in as a defending welterweight titlist), Margarito (150 lbs.), Juan Manuel Marquez (144 lbs. for their Nov. '11 clash—the third of their four-f!ght series) and Chris Algieri (144 lbs.). Depending on who Pacquiao faces in the future, he could very well take part in another catch-weight f!ght.
"The thing is, I know we're not the only one doing it out there. Anybody who has an opportunity to do it - will. I think it's just the way life is right now in boxing. Whoever thought of it - I hate. Becaise I don't like catch-weights. Personally, I don't like them," Roach said.

Just don't show up covered in pimples and looking like the hulk. Regardless of his legacy and as much as I like JMM i'm still su****ious as a motherffff that he had been doping the whole time he was with Memo. That level of acne can only come from two things, heavy chemical changes in the body or some disease.
