    Lyhovich vs Mcbride in August

Irish heavyweight Kevin McBride is in line for a world title shot after recently signing a deal with infamous promoter Don King.

'The Clones Colossus', who ended the career of Mike Tyson last June, has been promised a bout with reigning WBO champion Serguei Lyakhovich.

Reports suggest the fight could take place in Boston as soon as August.

Lyakhovich recorded a shock of his own with victory over Lamon Brewster a few weeks ago, and is eager to make his first defence against the Monaghan man.

Lyhovich wins this fight by murder....

I thought Liakovich was going to defend his title from Brewster again in a rematch?

It's a shame this fight is happening when I won't be in Boston. Terrible matchup but I'd love to see it in person.

Liakhovich deserves an easy first defence after the war with Brewster. After this fight he needs to fight Lamon.

Brewster's eye will take time to heal, so it's good he's taking a fight, but this is a sad match up.

In his defense I think I heard Sergi say he wanted to fight McBride because Kevin ruined his dream of fighting Mike Tyson...

I agree with the Truth on this one.He deserves an easy one after
the Brewster fight. Then to the rematch if nothing goes wrong.
