The contract referred to the ISTUE guideline. It wasn't something Floyd added in. Second, it doesn't allow you to test positive for a PED, idiot. In the section that refers to obtaining a TUE, it states a TUE can be granted only if:

b. The The****utic Use of the Prohibited Substance or Prohibited Method is highly unlikely to produce any additional enhancement of performance beyond what might be anticipated by a return to the Athlete’s normal state of health following the treatment of the acute or chronic medical condition.

Section 4.3 also discusses RETROACTIVE TUEs.

A day before the fight is during the weigh-in. He looks fine as ariza did a good job as Floyd mentioned. So why need ivs again?? Ariza did a good job hydrating him for the weigh-in?
