NSAC has to make adaptations to their code proves my point. NSAC code is made to closely follow WADA prohibited list, however they did not specifically ban IV use.

If (but it did not ban) but if NSAC banned IV use, then Floyd would have had to apply for a tue through NSAC. USADA would have to either recognize the tue from NSAC for the duration of the event or in some cases require an additional tue through USADA for Floyd to remain in compliance with WADA code.

Bottom line is NSAC is not a an approved and monitored WADA signatory. NSAC can only issue a tue for NSAC rules.



MORE MISCONCEPTION.

NSAC rules do not prohibit rehydration via intravenously (IV) therefore a the****utic use exemption (TUE) is not applicable.


In order to dispute this as a fact, you will need to provide proof that NSAC specifically banned INTRVANEOUS use prior to MAY 1ST.

NSAC said that they are the sole authority on approving TUEs. You cannot get any clearer on that but you seem to not be agreeing with NSAC.

Furthermore, if it was not enough to let USADA know about this, as NSAC stated they did on several occasions, NSAC has made these clarifications in their rules. This is concerning TUE approvals, methods and yes even retroactive TUEs.
