You refuse to answer why Landis won't throw USADA under the bus when he has come clean.

Could it be because he never implicated USADA at all. That's all you need to know.

You refuse to explain how this amounts to reasonable doubt. If you can come up with a reasonable explanation of who was tipping of the US team I'd be glad to hear it.

You aren't even in flying spaghetti monster land here. There is no possible alternative explanation much less a reasonable one.

Logically, your statement seems to say the ISTUE is not a controlling authority. I'm still waiting for you to settle this. Is the ISTUE controlling or not?

"USADA can grant a The****utic Use Exemption (TUE) in these situations in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for TUEs."

compliance: obedience to, observance of, adherence to, conformity to, respect for

        non-mandatory: optional

So please tell me simply, is the ISTUE controlling or not? Stop ducking the question.

The ISTUE clearly states that the prohibited method can be used if justified by a medical practitioner. This wipes out all of what you've written above. If you can prove that the doctor's justification was unworthy, have at it. Can you?

          The simple answer is no.

I'm not interpreting anything, you are. I'm looking at the ISTUE. I hope your further information discusses Floyd's doctor's justification for the IV, because if not, it's a waste of my time to read.
          Stop hiding behind your excuses.

          - Floyd/Ellerbe made a statement. Right? Floyd should be fully aware why he was taking the IV because they would be accusing him for sure if it got to that and possibly his doctor too. So again, stop hiding behind your excuses.
          - NSAC made the official announcement that Floyd requested an IV for rehydration purposes right?

THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!!!! That's it. .... but as you know there is a lot more.

Floyd in other interviews said he was extremely dehydrated and that is why he required an IV.

In my previous posts, I showed you that none of that adds up. You cannot be weighing relatively the same for 30 days and then say that you are extremely dehydrated. Its all BS!!!

I'm not refusing to explain anything. I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYTHING OR ANYONE accuse USADA of being in cahoots with Landis and Armstrong. This is all your made up fantasy based on nothing. Your proof is that he said he was tipped off on when the DCO was coming? Did he have someone perched outside waiting where they must pass by? Did they then pretend to be sleeping for a period of time? Who the hell knows? You give zero proof that he implicated USADA, and you gave no logical reason that he would protect USADA.

What excuse are you accusing me of hiding behind. I never understood why you keep bringing up Floyd and Ellerbe's statements. Yes, they said he was extremely dehydrated. And...?

              What's the issue?

                Question: Was Floyd extremely dehydrated?

Lets hope you do not hide from this question too!

I've never hid from any question.

I believe he was dehydrated. I don't know how to measure the extent of his dehydration or whether it was a chronic or acute situation without medical records. I've told you this over and over. It's as simple as that.

Make me clarify my question then.

With the information that was provided by Floyd, Ellerbe, NSAC, USADA and what we have as information that was written in the pre-fight form by Floyd and NSAC doctor's report and vital signs (normal) and relatively stable weight, and so on (meaning, base it with all this information)

I asked was he extremely dehydrated?

                      1. Can we agree to throw out NSAC? I've already gone over this. NSAC has never to my knowledge diagnosed someone as being dehydrated, but it's pretty clear that fighters have gone into fights dehydrated under their jurisdiction. This could mean a couple of things:

                      A) NSAC doesn't comment on dehydration.
                      B) NSAC doesn't care about dehydration.
                      C) NSAC sucks at diagnosing dehydration.

Choose your pic, but NSAC can't be relied on in this instance.

                      2. Floyd and Ellerbe's statements: Is it your point that they can't, should not, or would not use the term "extremely dehydrated" unless Mayweather does the diagnosis himself? He isn't a doctor. I'd love to see what the actual doctor that checked him for dehydration wrote, and that is the point.

                      3. Vital signs and weight: Not conclusive. We've gone over all of this already. Again, I'd love to see what the doctor that examined him and prepared the TUE application had to say.

You are allowed to be su****ious. Have at it. But you are getting nowhere without his medical records regarding his condition at the time.
