At 168 GGG seems only motivated to take a big on there as of now to help boost his name, dont blame him either. I wouldnt want to continue jumping back and forth in weight or win a 168 lb title and vacate to continue at 160. It really seems like fighter are not really willing to fight GGG, many other fighters have said it as well. Dont get me wrong I hope he can fight the best but if it doesnt happen ill still take what is offered. I enjoy watching the guy box.

    Not arguing with you, because you are right, SOME are avoiding GGG.....

    But my problem is this, not everyone is avoiding Golovkin, some will fight him....... and those guys, are being avoided by Golovkin.

    The 2 things that Team Golovkin have been completely dishonest about.....
    * " anyone from 154-168 "
    * " everyone is avoiding us, we can't sign a good opponent "

    They are hoodwinking the fans.

    According to Golovkin's own hype-machine..... there is no reason whatsoever why they cannot fight Ward/Lara/Canelo/Cotto.

    You really think it's a coincidence that despite having a poor resume', the 4 guys that Golovkin COULD have fought but CHOSE not to, just so happen to ALL be world-class fighters?

    They are obviously tip-toeing through the tulips, taking the path of least resistance, while relying on hype/marketing to increase Gennady's popularity/numbers.

      You have a point. The whole 54 to 68 thing was a bit ridiculous not saying he wouldnt fight guys at those weights but to say he will fight anyone or everyone at those weights is to far. With Ward who knows what happened with that fight idea. Everyone knows Ward is hard to deal with so maybe GGG countered with 164 because of what Ward wanted. Who knows right. Lara challenged through social media, kind of a weak attempt. If challenged the way he did at Canelo then I would side with Lara on that one. Canelo/Cotto just dont seem motivated to fight GGG. I hope Canelo does it and I hope he doesnt get the catchweight demand. I hate catchweights period, they have been abused and just dont want it anymore. But I agree he does need that big fight!

          It doesn't. What I wrote there was 100% true and accurate.

          Back in March, Barrera and Wade were on the same level in their respective divisions. In fact, Wade was actually ranked higher than Barerra by most ratings orgs.

              They were never on the same page.

              Wade had not had one dam fight at 160lbs, and not had even one 12 round fight at any weight, prior to GGG.
