He's fighting a WW for the MW title. Then although he fights in the MW division he refused to let his opponents weigh in at any weight up to the division limit.

there was a video on esnews of Robert garcia father ex trainer of fernando vargas just flat out hating on canelo for taking the khan fight. he sounded completely angry and full of hate towards canelo. saying that canelos team doesn't believe in his abilities and his skills are nothing special. add him to the list ala marquez,chavez sr and some many other ex mexican fighters and trainers who completely shiz on canelo every chance they get.... and as a fan of nelo I'm just getting sick of all the hate and jealousy this 25 year old kid gets. look at all the fighters he's fought lara,kirkland,floyd,cotto,trout. he's fought everyone and pick khan to fight because it's the fight that could get the most recognition out of all the other scrubs that were avaliable. we need more fighters like nelo. fighters who are not scared to test there abilities. after this fight he'll go on to fight triple g. so what givez

I foresee either All-Star winning or some sort of settlement in connection with the revenue of Canelo vs Khan or else there would be significant loses from GBP from damages and breach of Canelo's initial contract. Khan is the only money maker to help Q2 2016 for GBPs
