I thought the Pac-Oscar fight was a mismatch, then I rewatched the DLH-Two Pound fight where Forbes if I remember correct cracked DLH's orbital socket.
Yep, had him swollen. And it was not a very dominating performance, I believe Forbes was a JWW who came up to fight DLH at a cw of 150lbs. His fights prior to DLH were at JWW, then after DLH he fought Berto at 147, where Berto actually looked better than DLH

But tbh, Forbes was one tough SOB. He went 24 rounds with two guys significantly bigger and more powerful than him.

The point that Khan seems to forget is that Oscar fought Pacquiao at 147 (weighing in on the day of the fight, also, at 147) after 5 years at 154/160; if Pacquiao had gone up to 154(or Oscar been given the chance to rehydrate after weighing in), it would've been a completely different fight.

Alvarez has absolutely no issue making 155, so Khan is about to get that work.

khan is right, he could of made money fighting nobody's on pbc. I whole heartily believe khan wants to make history. I'm utterly exited for this fight. I cant wait for it. Fans should be exhilarated about GBP from now on. Oscar keeps bring us the big fights like he promised.

Oscar was way past prime and drained..Canelo is young, prime and not drained..Khan let Oscar sell him that story?

Someone needs to inform Khan that Canelo is 25 years old.

I hate this comparison, De la Hoya was a fighter that was done, he had the weight disadvantage because he had to come down to a weight he had not compete or feature in for years, here Canelo is not coming down nor is he suppose to rehydrate to a certain point. Canelo is younger, fresher and coming up. Khan is not a prime Pacquiao neither.

I'm not sure if Khan is trying to convince us or himself about his chances to win this fight. He is NOT Pacquiao and he won't be fighting a dehydrated, over the hill Canelo.
