Been Predicted This! They will let GGG get a little older so by May 2017 GGG will be 35 years old. They might even try to stretch it to September 2017. By fighting a Welterweight, Canelo is showing that clearly he is in no rush to fight him and I think the WBC will allow Canelo to do what he wants without pressuring him to fight GGG next

This line of thinkn kills boxing. Stfu Joe! Why wait an additional fkn year and risk loss of interest? Septembrr is kinda pushing it but 2017 the fight wouldve marinated too long...this May it was at its peak...both had buzz and momentum was strong but they killed that lol even CaneloCotto marinated too long. Marinating fights is such a flawed boxing concept and truth is it does the exact opposite of building interest...it loses the lustre and excitement it couldve capitolized on.

Right. Pretty sure dip****s like you thought Floyd-Manny came too late. Yet it set revenue records that won't even be approached again in our lifetimes. Canelo-Cotto "marinated too long." Yet it did 900K PPV buys, which is awesome.

The problem with GGG is that there's no incentive for guys like Canelo, Cotto, or even Floyd when he was active, to fight him. All would be underdogs against him. And GGG brings next to nothing to the table in terms of a casual fanbase. So f.uck him. He needs to raise his profile. And the only way he's gonna do that is to take some risks himself.
