        As this decade comes to a close, Mayweather will also win the Fighter of the Decade Award. Seeing as hes dominated over half of the current decade itll be fitting

            He won't be fighter of the decade unless he comes back and beats a few more top opponents which I doubt will happen.

              And who exactly is a greater fighter than him so far for this decade? The only fighter with a comparable resume is Andre Ward. After he beats Kovalev he'd be my pick for FOTD.

                      A lot can happen in five years. Ward could have three more great victories. Or one of these welters could notch big wins. A lot of time left.
