More like Canelo has only just few advantages, i/e Power and size.

Reach,Height,Experience,Stamina,Speed,Workrate,Acc uracy,Heart,Skills,Will,Hunger all belongs to Khan.

      Possibly Heart

... But yeah Canelo is probably going to knock him out.

only thing Khan has is speed and honestly that is overrated
He has speed and he gets knocked out better.. And he's a far superior dancer.

But that's typical Khan. I think they'll come up with some new game plan , most likely 1-2 and get out of range, rinse and repeat.

But he will get hit at some point...

I feel he struggles more with counter punchers who apply pressure and throw wide, looping shots. I feel Canelo is more a defensive minded counter puncher.
The shot Prescott hit him with, Danny Garcia, Diaz they was all really wide left hooks.
You'd of thought the guy with a crisper more compact hook, more accurate, better timing would have the better chance of landing but its the wide, crazy **** that tends to prove most effective against him. Fighters who pressure and throw with him and catch him mid flurry. Canelo is more a counterpuncher who waits until you're done throwing before returning fire.

He boxes well against more calculated fighters.

Common sense tells me that Canelo lands and its all she wrote but there is just something there that says I've seen crazier **** happen than Khan outboxing him and making him look very lethargic.

I think most expect Khan to trouble him early what if that big shot don't come? Man I must be ****ing crazy. I think I must be trying to convince myself or something.

I don't know if its you lot brain washing me haaa but I am starting too think that we/boxing fans MIGHT BE banking on Canelo's size/power a little bit too much.
Its not me saying Khan will win but I am sort of seeing where you's are coming from here.

The reason why Khan's speed is never really an issue in fights is because he throws fast while sacrificing power. So you're getting all these flurries thrown at you, so weak, that the fighter decides to bide his time to just counter Khan and that's Khan ends up getting stunned and knocked down so much. It worked against three top fighters, Malignaggi, Judah and Alexander. Otherwise everyone else had him stunned, on ***** street, or timed him and made it a crazy fight. Boxers like Jones in his prime and Pacquiao threw fast combinations with power behind them. Khan throws with little to no power at the top level. It's literally just for show. Canelo will time him if Khan tries that and he will knock him out.

You forgot a very important thing, the chin.

Khan has speed, but when you add on the extra weight, who knows how fast he'll actually be.

Guys how do you think Khan beats fighters ever, and good ones at that? Because I constantly hear things like..."he has no skills", "he has poor footwork", "he has no ring intelligence","his speed is overrated, what does speed matter if you have no timing","he has no power","he has no defence","he has no chin".

Some of you are completely brain dead.

The guy has god gifted talent. The most impressive of which is blinding speed. He is actually a very skilful boxer, he naturally does a lot of complicated boxing movements which take some years to learn, and some just can't ever do. He can throw every punch in the book effectively and in most cases with very good technique, think about how many fighters you can say that about. I hear that he has poor footwork, well if that is the case there is no way he would have outboxed and beat so many good fighters who themselves are hit and not get hit.

His main weaknesses are actually dictated by his weak chin. He has to fight in a certain way because of his chin, if you watch his amateur fights he does a lot more things, and is much more creative with his offensive and defensive game. He has put limitations on his style in the pro game because of his achilles heel which is the punch resistance, probably a little similarly to Wladimir Klitschko. He is also a little one paced at times, and can be reckless and get carried away with his success.

He has plenty of advantages over Canelo, the main one which is probably the most important thing in boxing over anything else is SPEED. All of his movements are faster, that is a big deal especially when you combine it with a small height and reach advantage. He has a better jab, and a better right hand as well. Khan also has better workrate and a better engine. Canelo has many advantages too, and obviously everyone expects him to dominate and win. But fighters have won with less than what Khan has over Canelo.

Khan will have success, he will pepper Canelo with his jab and combinations, but it will end in vain in the end. Khan has a tenancy to try and brawler at some point during a fight, when this happens it will be his downfall.

If, and a big if, he stick to a precise plan, use his footwork well, he might pull it off as decision.
