True that, the Garcias avoided the rematch for years. They got lucky in that fight because Khan got reckless plus he trained himself for at least half the camp because Roach was away in Philippines training Pac for the Bradley fight. Apparently he was just giving Khan a pep talk on Skype now and then for the first half of the camp.

      Berto beats Lamont

Danny adds another former champ to his resume. .I'm fine with this as long as he fights the winner of Thurmam- Porter or vazquez next

Maybe if they had exxhanged KDs in a close fight but there was nothing close about that fight...cmon dude, Khan was stopped.. in the 4th. KD 3x. I think ur lookn at that fight all wrong, you just see Khan having success in that opening rd and to u that warrants a rematch? You dont see where Garcia drew him in with that front foot and timed his right hand..****, left hook.

Algieri deserves a rematch with Khan more that Khan deserves a rematch with Garcia. When fights end like theres really no reason for a rematch..theres other fighters out there and names that could build Garcias ledger. Khan hasnt built his profile up since and to do that he shouldve been facing better fighters...the better fighters one beats the higher the rating, simple.

I think he should fight either Kell Brook or one time Keith Thurman for a unification bout once he becomes available.

However actually, I don't see how the Danny Garcia vs Robert Guerrero was sanctioned as a title fight to begin with because Guerrero was a diminished version of himself and besides Garcia hadn't defeated anyone ranked in the top ten at the 147 lb division.

So how one can get a title shot after defeating a fighter who was declined and washed up in Paulie Malignaggi, is far and beyond me? Also, as far as Robert Guerrero is concerned, he lost two of his last three fights, with the third one being very questionable at best; One in which many boxing fans thought he had lost.

Peterson beats Berto no problem, hopefully Danny unifies with the Thurman vs Porter winner instead of fighting his mandatory.

Why does the WBC have Lamont Peterson (#4) and Omar Figueroa (#7) ranked higher than Errol Spence Jr. (#9), and neither Peterson nor Figueroa fights @ 147? It should be Errol Spence Jr. fighting Berto for the mandatory shot @ DSG. IBF has Errol Spence Jr. ranked #2, behind Bizier, so hopefully Spence Jr. gets a shot @ Brook in 2016.

I think Garcia would be smart to fight Marquez next, but Marquez needs a tune up first, which makes a fight in June unrealistic.
