This fight proves to me not even GBP thinks Canelo is good

Canelo v. GGG would be big, but they are scared. So they pick up a copy WW. Ha, ha, eat crow.

"Regain credibility"? When did Canelo lose it? And if he has lost it - according to Nacho - will fighting Khan really be the one opponent to regain credibility from?

            - I think I understand where Nacho is coming from, Canelo is being called great already, when he really isnt, he is very good but not great. You see fighters like Morales,Barrera,Marquez, Chavez Sr. those were some great Mexican fighters. Canelo has not had that statement performance yet, If he would of dominated Cotto then we probably wont be having this discussion but instead it turned out to be a close competitive fight. And even if he dominate Khan..its not going to mean much since Khan has not been active and he is jumping up in weight. Dont get me wrong Canelo is a very good fighter, but as it stands he is not great.

Who ever translated what Nacho said probably misunderstood him. I think what he meant to say was that by beating Khan by devastating fashion (obviously by KO) that Canelo will regain some of the hype he lost when he fought Cotto. Lets face it when Canelo fought Cotto most casual fans wanted to see another classic Mexico vs Puerto Rico alas Margarito/Cotto kind of fight but instead got a boxing match and Canelo was criticized for it. So when he KOs Khan he well regain the same hype he had when he KOd Kirkland
