He'd get absolutely crucified on here.
Canelo is getting stick though, as all the top end MW would do i'd imagine.

Very doubtful and not true at all.

Khan is not interested in boxing. He doesn't want to "fight the best" - What he wants is big money fights where it doesn't matter if he loses i.e Floyd, Manny, Canelo. He can lose to them and it doesn't harm his reputation.

Brook is one of the very best WW's, and Khan would make a LOT of money fighting him but he doesn't want to take a hit to his image and reputation after all the talk. Losing to Brook is damaging for him, losing to Canelo doesn't mean a thing.

That's not knocking Khan, i think it's an excellent business move.

Canelo on the other hand, he gets no credit if he wins this fight. It's simply a good financial fight for him but if he smashes Khan through the ring, no boxing fans are going to give him credit. It will be seen as a higher profile Garcia v Salka. I know Khan is much better than Salka, but the size and strength difference is going to seem that way if Khan gets smashed.

It's simply a financial move by both, and actually a mismatch on paper. I'm excited for it but it's a strange one..

We have a guy who has barely even fought at 147 and last held a title at 140 about 4 years ago and has fought fairly weak opposition since then. Now he's fighting for the Middleweight championship of the world against the middleweight champion who is apparently not actually a middleweight even though he can't make 154, but refuses to fight middleweights so fights at his own invented weight class of 155.

That's boxing these days for you.

Better question, what boxing organization would sanction GGG fighting a ww?

if GGG made this fight i would say RIP Kahn...

its when an unstoppable force meets a very movable object.

in fact i would be shocked if it ever went past 3 rounds with.

GGG will lose all his Mexican fans if he made this fight.

Of all the potential opponents Canelo could have chose from, I can say with full confidence, that absolutely nobody thought it would be Khan LOL

I would laugh so hard if Khan has his running gear on and made Canelo chase him unsuccessfully all night.

Boxing is now a circus act. I cannot wait to hear its "selling points".

Nothing in boxing surprises me anymore, I would probably criticise GGG for taking a fight against a smaller man in Khan, funny enough this can happen in the future if Khan beats canelo, Khan imo would fight GGG (Not sure of the weight doe).

I dont see Khan fighting GGG unless he is guaranteed an obscenely amount of money.

How is it "very doubtful" when we all know Khan tried to chase the best fighters for years and now he's actually moving up 2 divisions to fight Canelo as we speak.. That is happening now.

If it's still "very doubtful" after this, then nothing will convince you. You'll probably say "very doubtful" when he's actually in the ring with GGG, and start saying it's not really GGG it's CGI? lol..
