Canelo vs Khan is a PPV in both the US and the UK. Khan's name has featured in many articles linked with Mayweather in mainstream news outlets, whereas Golovkin is only really known amongst people who follow boxing.

Khan does the same, if not slightly more PPV buys than a Canelo vs Golovkin, and does atleast 500k PPV buys in the UK. The Canelo v Khan news has really blown up over here in the UK!

Golovkin and Kovalev are in the same boat. Eastern Europeans have never tapped into the US market.
