      I'm confused...

If he fought Brook it is a straight 50/50 fight for a bigger payday - 80/20% Doe.

But he fights Canelo, for less $$$ and realistically no chance of a win.

All I hear from Khan tards is what a smart business man he is, OR how brave he is fighting anyone. Yet in fighting Canelo he is going to take a brave beating for less money?

Khan MUST believe he can beat Canelo I guess, and that proves how totally deluded he is.

It would've given GGG more money than ever and a tune up taste above 160. A non title bout. But of course GGG wouldn't want to risk that 0, which is why he never agreed to Chavez Jr.s "bluff."

Chavez Jr. would knock out GGG easily if its the Monroe Jr. breathing and gasping GGG by the 5th round going toe to toe. Do you think the seasoned LHW Fonfara hits harder than GGG?
He signed to fight Chavez at 168 and Chavez backed out.

What is it with you making things up about Golovkin?

I think the fight is intriguing. Kudos to amir for capturing the moment.

Canelo should obviously be more powerful. But the styles favor Amir. Canelo is not a high output ****er whereas amir knows how to win rounds, Ala lara, trout, mayweather, guys canelo has struggled with.

I realize amirs chin is suspect, but that's the case vs any fighter at any weight, lol.

I can easily see Canelo with an 7th -9th round knock out while being behind to Kahn on the scorecards.

Now if amir can't even withstand canelos power jab, all bets are off, it will be a quick night.

Agreed. I am not a khan fan, but he scored big points. I hope he wins, but let the best man win on that night.

I'm definitely not saying that Canelo isn't a bigger fight than those two. But again, that's not what we were discussing.

It's exactly the case. It goes:

                Mayweather - passed
                Pacquiao - passed
                Cotto - passed
                Canelo - took it
                The rest - who cares?

He just moved right on down the list. You're trying to make this more complicated than it really is.

                  Cotto passed? When?

Canelo didn't take it, he offered it.

Again, you said "all the top welterweights passed on Khan" which is obviously not true as he had a mega fight on the table that people have been talking about for years as well as a huge rematch with Garcia on the table at WW. So I guess a lot of people care. turn on Skysports - They are still talking about Brook vs Khan, so I guess a lot of people care.

So there were definitely big fights for him at WW.

Again, not saying Canelo isn't a bigger fight or at least a bigger profile fight internationally. Not sure if he makes £5-7million from it as he would have from the Brook fight, but it's definitely huge.

                    Which I clarified.

LOL @ a "huge rematch with Garcia"...Levels bruh...Levels. He wants to prove himself against the biggest names in the sport. He chased the big fights and landed one. End of discussion.

This is just a cash grab for everyone involved, lets not get it twisted. Khan is looking to cash out, once he gets annihilated his heading back down to 147 and might finally step in with a top five rated 147 fighter. He knows he can afford to loose with Canelo without risking future fights, but if he was to lose to Garcia or Brooks it's pretty much over as a top name fighter. Canelo is just a b1tch, why take such a pointless fight. I can see him dropping the MW belts and heading down to 154 again after this fight.
