Damn, I'm a big Canelo fan but this is some bull...lost a lot of respect for him....ppl that gives Khan a chance are delusional...with what power Khan will keep Canelo at bay? Khan does have a lot of hand speed but he doesn't have the footwork of Floyd or Lara, for example to stay on the outside and not avoid getting clipped. This is why the Garcia's and Maidana's after a few rounds adjusted and got to him. He can get seriously hurt. Canelo is a big boy w/ power and ring IQ!!! Unless, they have a weight clause on fight night, this fight is a joke!!!Comment

haymon only wants in house doe
Said Tim Smith, Vice President of Communications for Haymon Boxing: “Al was involved in the process all the way through with Khan’s people."
Khan's people were ones negotiating with Golden Boy, but they brought info back to Al. Where are people saying Al doesn't do his job now?
More from Tim Smith: "Al’s job as Khan’s manager is to get best possible deal he can get. Best opponent he can face, most money he can make.

Got through 12 pages, saw that the thread had already gotten to 40 pages, and figured that I could do better things with my time.
Khan is hoping to grab a large payday (Sky Box Office isn't happening for this fight, and I doubt that BoxNation throws much money behind the fight either), and still look decent enough after the fight to hopefully still grab the Brook payday as well (if he gets wiped, there's no way that he even gets 40/60 on the split).
good luckComment

I'm conflicted, on the one hand I have to give Khan credit, he's been holding out for the biggest payday he thinks he deserves and somehow it actually payed off, good for him.
On the other, if Canelo doesn't f uckin' murder him and Khan actually wins(which is not impossible, just not likely) GGG will kill him anyway. Ultimate outcome will still be a ppv execution.Comment

Well at least khan and broner both showed guts by moving up, this is something some of fighters are refusing to do these days...Comment

Back to the fight even if Khan out boxes Canelo no way he wins a decision.Comment
